Real Estate is David's passion and David is proud to be one of the directors of First National Real Estate Framptons, the largest and most professional agency in Alice Springs. He enjoys the fact that he is part of a team of first class professionals committed to the provision of the best possible service in real estate. A service based on an expert knowledge of the Alice Springs market.
David has been the Vice President and Southern Delegate of the Real Estate Institute of The Northern Territory, a board member of the industries governing body, the Agents Licensing Board and has also been on the Alice Springs Planning for the Future Steering Committee, as well as a number of property advisory committees for community groups.
Another aspect of David's real Estate experience is his auctioneering skills. David started auctioning in the 1980's in Melbourne and is proud to say that he has competed many times in the Northern Territory Auctioneering Championships, winning it twice and represented the Northern Territory twice in the Australasian Auctioneering Championships. David loves the challenge of a property auction; he can also be found using his auctioneering skills for charity. He has raised funds for many of Alice Springs community groups, clubs and charities.
Some of the major projects he has been involved with include “City Edge”, “North Edge”, “Undoolya Mews”, the “Ridges Estate” and “Mt Johns Valley”. David is a passionate Real Estate practitioner, investor and developer and enjoys the opportunities that Alice Springs has to offer. David is very confident about the real estate market in Alice Springs and with his wife is an active investor and is a participant in a number of property projects.
David travels back to Alice on a regular basis from his base in Cairns where he operates First National Cairns Central. Although he is in almost daily contact with the team at Framptons this allows him to catch up with clients and friends. David loves his work but when not working he enjoys Golf, a legacy of his time in Alice Springs and now Fishing thanks to the opportunities around Cairns.
